Application
- This is a unique model tour accompanied by an interpreter-guide. We can arrange tours according to your wishes.
- Newly, tour guides can now drive their own cars to various destinations. This will allow you to visit attractive sightseeing spots that were previously inaccessible.
- We also offer tours using conventional railroads, public transportation, and chartered buses.
- We also offer through-guide tours, in which one guide accompanies the entire tour.
- We can also provide reasonable tours by connecting local guides in each region in a relay system.
- We also offer various cultural experiences. We can incorporate them into any course of your choice.
How to apply & Application form
1. Initial Contact
If you would like to apply for Tailored Tours, please access the application page using the QR code on the right. You can apply via the website in one of two ways: A) or B).
A) Apply by E-mail : Complete the document "REQUEST FOR TRAVEL QUOTATION" and E-mail it to info@truejapantours.com.
B) Apply by Web form : Please apply using the Web form from below.
2. Planning
We will prepare a quote in approximately one week.
Our staff will email the quote to you for your review.
We will add a certain amount of planning and handling fees to the price of the trip.
3. Contract
Please contact the person in charge when you have decided on the details.
Please pay an application fee of at least 30% of the total cost of the trip by bank transfer or credit card. At that time, a 4% commission will be added to finalize the contract. If cancellation is made 41 days prior to the start of the tour, the full amount will be refunded.
4. Arrangement
Arrangements will be made once payment is confirmed. Should the facility be fully booked, alternative accommodations and their prices will be offered for your consideration. It is important to note that reservations and purchases for certain tickets and passes may need to be made independently by you.
5. Remittance of remaining balance
Once the arrangements are finalized, the total fee will be calculated and the remaining balance invoiced. Payment should be made via bank transfer or credit card (note: a 4% service charge will apply) no later than 41 days before departure. For any further arrangements or modifications, please reach out to your designated representative.
6. Final Confirmation
The final itinerary will be sent to you via email about 2-3 weeks before your trip. Ensure to confirm the itinerary details, the meeting location with the guide, emergency contact numbers, and other relevant information.
7. Arrival in Japan
Upon your arrival, a guide will be ready to assist you. Should you require any extra arrangements once the tour has commenced, please consult your guide. Any additional fees will be billed through the designated tour coordinator afterwards.

14-3 days prior to the tour date: 20 %
2 days prior to the tour date: 50 %
1-0 days prior to the tour date: 100 %
