*About the Seats
The tour fee of 25,000 yen is based on an A seat.
If you would like an S seat, please indicate this in the remarks section of the application form.
For those who are assigned an S seat, an additional fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.

This FAM trip is intended for travel agents participating in the Visit Japan Travel Mart.

About Business Meeting
In addition to the FAM trips mentioned above, our staff will provide information about the following services:

*Tour conductors with foreign language proficiency (FTM)

(3) Package Tours
*Tokyo city tours, Sumo stable visits, Mt. Fuji tours, etc.
(4) MICE and Educational Tours

*Don’t forget to bring your ticket if you step away from your seat.

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation rates and remittance charge will be charged.
(1) 14 days - 3 days prior to the program date: 20 % of the program fee
(2) 2 days of the day before the program date: 50 % of the program fee
(3) a day before the program date: 100 % of the program fee
