[From Your Hotel] Tokyo Sightseeing Tour Guided by a Premier Guide (6-hoour course)
PT027ZZ25
IJCEE, Japan's largest organization of guide interpreters, has more than 1,200 interpreter-guide members. Among them, our premier guides are carefully selected for their exceptional language skills, hospitality, and knowledge, and will introduce you to the attractions of Tokyo.
In the 18th century, Tokyo already had a population of one million. It was during this time that Kabuki, Sumo, Sushi, Ukiyo-e, and other cultural phenomena emerged. While these may differ from Western culture, they are highly significant as pioneers of urban culture.
Today, the population of the Tokyo area has grown to 30 million. The city is active 24 hours a day, from early morning to late at night, with a wide range of activities in politics, economy, commerce, events, and the arts.
The contrast and harmony between tradition and modernity is what makes Tokyo truly captivating. A guide who understands both sides of the city will be able to share this unique charm with you.

The Tokyo National Museum has 89 national treasures in its collection, which accounts for about 10% of the 912 total national treasures in Japan. It is one of the leading museums in East Asia. Yanaka, which was not damaged during the war, still retains its old townscape and historic charm.
2) Imperial Palace East Gardens and Nihonbashi
You will visit the former Edo Castle and Nihonbashi, the oldest commercial district in the world. This area has produced major companies such as Mitsui, department stores, and banks that have been active for over 250 years and continue to thrive today.
3) Meiji Jingu Shrine, Aoyama Street, and Nezu Museum
Meiji Jingu Shrine, the largest shrine in Tokyo, is located near Aoyama Dori Avenue, famous for its fashion and architectural beauty. You will also visit the Nezu Museum, which houses paintings, sculptures, and a beautiful garden. If you're interested in Ukiyo-e, there's also the Ota Memorial Museum of Art nearby.
4) Tsukiji and Ginza

5) Asakusa and Kappabashi Shopping Street
Asakusa is a traditional cultural area that attracts many visitors from around the world. A 10-minute walk from there will bring you to Kappabashi Shopping Street, Japan’s top destination for kitchen knives, tableware, and other food-related tools.
