True Japan Tours Co., Ltd. has set up a harassment consultation desk to ensure that our contracted guides can work with peace of mind.
We accept consultations related to the following types of harassment:
Examples of Potential Harassers:
・Customers (Customer Harassment)
・Employees of True Japan Tours
・Fellow guides
・Staff of partner travel agencies organizing tours
Common Types of Harassment:
・Sexual Harassment
・Inappropriate sexual remarks, unnecessary physical contact, coercion into sexual relationships, or excessive intrusion into personal matters.
Power Harassment:
・Verbal abuse beyond professional duties, remarks that deny a person’s character, ignoring or excluding someone, or imposing unfair work restrictions.
Customer Harassment (Abuse by Clients):
・Excessive or prolonged complaints, intimidating behavior, verbal abuse, unreasonable demands such as forced apologies, or defamation via social media.
