Born in Kushiro city, Hokkaido
Live in Nasu town, Tochigi prefecture
After living in Washington State, U.S.A. for 3 years, worked on the “Sakura Project”, a tourism promotion project of the Shirakawa Tourism Association, a public interest incorporated foundation. During that time, I obtained a National Interpreter Guide (English) in 2016 and subsequently obtained certification as a Domestic Travel Service Supervisor and Chief Itinerary Supervisor.
After joining the Japanese Culture Experience Exchange School, I have served as a CIS (Chief Instructor of Sushi) and have taught sushi, sake, vegetarian cuisine, and Japanese sweets making mainly to inbound guests.
Other certifications include: history proficiency test Japanese history level 2, Shiobara Onsen Tourism Meister, Fukushima Prefecture special interpreter guide, completed general lifesaving training, and member of Tochigi Prefecture Interpreter Guide Association (TOTAK).
